Shipping policy
All orders are packed and shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays.
Orders are shipped via StarTrack Premium overnight but sometimes delays are out of our hands.
Our shipments do not require signature upon delivery. Tracking details will be made available via email when your order has been processed and shipped so arrangements can be made on the receiving end. Please place your livestock into your tank as soon as your order arrives.
Shipping to rural areas may incur an extra fee or in some cases cancellation of the order altogether to prevent DOA. If this additional shipping cost is not automatically applied to the order we may contact you to discuss the payment and shipping destination.
Shipping to rural areas typically takes 2-3 business days which, for any coral can be detrimental. Should you feel comfortable with the coral being shipped to a rural location please note we cannot cover any DOA. We do our best to package the corals in a way that gives them the highest chance of arriving in a healthy condition.
If a package is rejected for any reason, the customer will be responsible for the full cost of the invoice.
Delays due to incorrect details (Name, address, phone number etc) will void any DOA credit,
If you are picking up your order from our store, you will need to print out your order from the email you have received when the order was placed.
